Polbath was appointed to carry our works to Grade II listed building in Islington. This project included rear extension using tapered T sections, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new plumbing, full rewire and internal alterations.
A complete overhaul including demolition of the existing structure with a facade required to remain in place whilst a full basement extension was created below and behind it.
Demolition of existing single storey rear extensions and erection of replacement single storey glazed extension to rear at ground floor level, erection of dormer window to rear roof slope and associated external alterations.
